Like smashing things? Like Mars? Like smashing things on Mars? If so, you’ll be happy to hear that there is a new Red Faction coming, this time with the ominous subtitle of “Armageddon.” But we already knew what it was going to be called, so what’s different this time out?
Find out by watching the debut trailer below. For one, the tone of the overall piece is definitely darker. Gone is the plucky and colourful “we’re fighting a resistance” type vibe from Guerrilla, replaced with a downtrodden and, wait for it, alien-filled existence in the bowels of the red planet. Expect touchdown in March 2011.
