  1. i just got homefront had 1 game then it fucked up

  2. I understand that st happens. But the bad guys here are Sony. Not because they are down, but because they are punking us all off by not giving us any explanation of what is happening. there is NO reason that they can’t, except they just don’t give a st. If a restaurant screws up my meal, ok, these things happen, but don’t make me wait hours before telling me what’s going on. Cook had stroke? OK. tell me. Kitchen caught fire, ok. tell me. But to say it is maint, maybe hackers, sit and spin …. just tell me to FO. I’ll be less pissed. I will NEVER eat Sony again, because their customer service model is copied from Stalin. PS3 for sale. (and PSN is NOT free. we just pay for it up front. like McDonalds.) At least at McD’s when you don’t get the meal you just payed for, they don’t make you wait hours, or days, or lie to you.

  3. Who refunds customers of Lovefilm, Mubi, Netflix, Qriocity, MLB.tv, etc who are currently paying for a service which they can’t use?
