Ubisoft has kicked off its E3 press conference with a first proper look at upcoming first person shooter, Far Cry 4.
The publisher’s Montreal studio has taken a similar approach to its debut for Far Cry 3, making sure players get up close and personal with the game’s antagonist.

The footage shown is taken from the first five minutes of the game. A bus is taking the player through the fictional Himalayan province of Kyrat when it hits a checkpoint and chaos ensues.
If things couldn’t get any worse, the country’s self-appointed despot turns up, seemingly dropping the character into twisted game for his own sick pleasure. Needless to say, he’s just as (if not, more) insane that Far Cry 3 poster boy, Vaas.
The sequel is due to release on November 18th and according to Montreal’s Dan Hay, “every single second is a story.” Fascinating stuff.

This is the game I’m most pumped for. I loved Far Cry 3, one of my favourite games of all time. Can’t wait to see more.
