Catch Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s E3 Trailer Here

When Hideo Kojima himself puts together a trailer for a Metal Gear game, it’s always going to be something special. This one’s no different, although it does have a distinctly sombre tone as it’s no doubt Kojima’s last chance at editing an MGS trailer.

We’ll let the trailer do most of the talking – it certainly has some intriguing scenes, and it’s nice to see Kojima’s name credited in there along with many others who have worked on the game.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will launch on PS4, Xbox One, and PC on September 1st.

  1. Not in the PS conference then I’m guessing?

And It’s hard to believe cod is no longer partnered with Xbox, although its absence seems to have done wonders for their conference!

    • Hopefully after having seen it now it won’t be in the PS conference, but I’d guess it probably will be.

And the worst part of not seeing CoD in the MS conference is that I now know that after getting up at 2am, at least 5 minutes of the following 90 will be spent covering it there instead.

  2. MY BODY IS READY!

    Ahem, i mean…

Depending on my bank account, this shall be preordered soon. Just need some lube and the Quiet Figurine. What?

    • hah, perve ;)

      • Let’s just say that Quiet will meet Liquid Snake. ;)

No, i’m not hanging my head in shame or grabbing my coat.
