Armature Studio has revealed a brand new title for PS4 and PC, titled Dead Star. It is a shoot ’em up with 10 vs 10 multiplayer that takes place in procedurally generated arenas. 5 vs 5 combat is also an option in the gameThe focus of the game isn’t just taking down opposition but also expanding your own influence, which includes ore mining to build up defences and capturing outposts.
The ships will also be customisable with each model having their own abilities that can be upgraded. As you complete objectives rewards will be unlocked. While waiting in lobbies you’ll be able to vote for which area to fight in. Dead Star is set to release in 2016.

That looks like a good little shooter. I like the mix of 10-10/5-5 PVP mixed with stat, weapon and defence building. I’ll keep an eye on this.
