A Future DriveClub Update Will Include A Hardcore Mode

The February 2016 update for DriveClub will include a brand new hardcore (you know the score, whistle posse in the houuuse) mode. The new mode, which will be available in multiplayer, turns off a load of assisted features including traction control and stability control.

  1. Someone’s showing off their wet weather/no driver aids skills in that video! I’m afraid I would have spun off on every corner and couple of straights.

  2. It’s a shame it’s not for single player, but understandable given it could mean an advantage for the non assists players.

  3. The single-player doesn’t need a hardcore mode, the elite level challenges are already bleedin ard (guvnor). Some have taken me weeks of frustration. Still love the game tho ;)

    • In a weird sort of way those elite level challenges would probably be a lot easier with assists off, at least for the hardcore racers. What am I saying? I just want to bitch my skills against others :P

      • Hurry up and get a ps4 so I can send you some of these challenges then, we’ll soon see how good you are ;)

      • Mouthy sod, you’ve just made it compulsory for me to get a PS4 now :)

      • Right! That’s it! You, sir, are going down in our next duel on borderlands 2!
