Bioshock 2 Gets Release Date

According to the Cult of Rapture, us PS3 owners will be getting a playable demo of the game on the 2nd of October, presumably via PSN. ”The BioShock demo is scheduled to go live worldwide on the PLAYSTATION Network on October 2nd. That’s less than one month until you get your first taste of Rapture on the PS3,” says the site.
So, that’s the 3rd of October in Europe, amiright?

Good to hear. Already have this on PC so won’t be getting the game, but I’ll definitely check out the demo.

providing there is enough new content i’ll pick this one up.
i used to have the 360 version and it is like one of the best games of all time in my opinion so…

I loved the game when i (spit) owned a 360, that wasn’t for long at all i assure you. I cant wait to get it on ps3.

i actually bought the pc version but all the while i was sitting there, playing, enjoying, i was thinking…..”this is good, but not 40″, 5.1 DTS, lounging-in-sofa good”

Can not wait love the look of this game. I never got to play it on the PC or 360, so I am very excited about this coming to the PS3.

I enjoyed Bioshock on the PC, even though I am one of those old System Shock 2 fans who still bemoans the watering down of the gameplay. Still, it was a beautiful game that I wouldn’t mind playing again, especially if there are trophies involved.
