One of our readers contacted us recently to ask if we’d help with a report for a school project, and because the topic’s about PlayStation Move we were all too happy to help. Basically, we want to know why you’re buying PlayStation Move if you are buying it, and why you’re not if you’re not. The project is specifically about how Move stacks up in relation to the Wii so please try to put all thoughts of Microsoft’s new control system out of your mind for the duration of this brief poll. If you’ve got anything specific to add then please use the comments.
Please vote honestly. There’s an education at stake.

I’m not interested in motion controls at all. They are fun for a while but that’s it. It’s mostly a collection of minigames which you play with your friends for a while and then get bored by really fast. Happened to me with EyeToy, will not happen to me with Move

I’m still not buying a Move any time soon, but I’ve actually warmed to the idea of it a little. Not saying it’ll be a success, but in all honesty I simply don’t see how else they could have pulled a cash in on the motion control craze without copying the Wii.
Plus there seems to be the added bonus of the devs knowing exactly what to do with the control scheme from day one, no long learning curves to deal with from the looks of it, and there’s already some really solid stuff on show coming in the earliest days of it’s existence. I still can’t believe Dead Space Extraction is basically free with Dead Space 2. That’s one of the Wii’s best games! The promise of that with PS3 level visuals and a few extra trophies for my trouble in addition to Dead Space 2 at no extra cost would almost be enough to sway me if I was a less cautious individual. Fortunately I am not though.
