In the latest issue of Famitsu, GT5 daddy Kazunori Yamauchi has said that at least some of the game’s standard cars will be upgraded to premium via updates. This will bring a more detailed car model, as well as that all important interior view.
This is fantastic news as I, along with many others, felt a bit disappointed that some of the top end cars had actually been classed as standard.

Long gone are the days where a game would release, and it would be left alone. I won’t be picking up GT5 until everything they should have done, has been done :(

It was released as a brilliant game and these changes are just improvements. Why don’t you just buy it now and stop letting the opinions of others stop you from enjoying an absolute masterpiece.

Well its not just that. I just hate the fact that these days, when a game gets released, it is barely ever released in tact. There is always stuff missing, not enough of something, a major glitch, etc. And is always fixed up via a patch about a month or so later. One of the many reasons why this gen gets on my nerves :/

If Yamauchi had just decided what was in the game to begin with then he could have decided when it was complete as well.

Havent got this game yet but will soon! Can’t wait but its a shame that all the time they took to develop the game still didn’t mean that all cars were up to the highest quality. Although at least they are continually sending updates out.
But I played it and I loved it. Just want Mooorree!
(and I loved the NASCAR cars, and the wheels are just so nice to look at!)
