Another week, another Store update. And thanks to Sony’s tinkering, you should even be able to download this selection.

[videoyoutube]There’s a brand new 3rd person action game called Malicious which is available for PS3. It’s a series of boss battles without all of that tedious dungeon-crawling, apparently. Based on some sort of magic cloak and a world full of evil. Sounds bonkers.

We also get the chance, a little later than originally planned, to download The Simpsons Arcade Game (free for PS+ subscribers). Gotham City Impostors arrives with a towel tied around its neck for a cape and priced at £11.99. There are some full game additions, including Catherine and Mortal Kombat for £29.99 each, as well as the downloadable sequel, Shank 2.

  4. tempted to get all the GTA games so I can play them when my Vita arrives.

    • GTA:Chinatown should looks good on the psvita.

    • Good shout Skib, I missed the huge sale that they had on those games the first time around. They’d only be for playing on my PSP, but when I do get a Vita in the future, they’ll be ready for install ;)

  5. Since when does $6 = £6. That still seems expensive for the Fort Co-op DLC.

    • Also, unless it’s a typo, how can €4.79 be equal to £6? Surely the currency symbols are the wrong way round.

  8. Am I the only one that thinks repackaging old megadrive games and mame emulated arcade titles and selling them for a tenner is a bit messed up. The Simpsons Arcade Game was probably worth that when it was cutting edge. Are people really that naive?

  9. i may be mistaken here, but it looks like the Kingdoms of Amular online pass is free on the store

    there’s two listed, one free and one for £7.99.
    i downloaded the free one and the £7.99 one has that little psn logo that means it’s been bought.

    worth a shot if you think you might pick it up preowned at some point.

    if it is a mistake though you might want to be quick.

  10. Sod you EA! KOA is an offline single player RPG with no online functions so there is NO NEED FOR A ONLINE PASS!

    I think you can get Mafia 2 for less then the price of a KFC variety meal nowadays.(£15 or less). Wasn’t MK released onto the store a few weeks back?
