If yesterday’s scintillating Mass Effect 3 promo wasn’t perhaps as long as you were hoping then worry not as BioWare today uploaded an extended version.
Aside from a few extra shots and re-used footage from that 2010 VGA promo, there are no ground-breaking changes, but at least you have an excuse to watch it again.

ME3 was firmly in my don’t-buy-now-wait-for-all-dlc bucket, but the co-op demo… wow. Day one purchase (or earlier, if my local friendly gamestore breaks the steet date).
Which means I’m gonna buy it and not play the single-player til the dlc comes out… or try to not play it, anyway.
Does anyone know what the limit on the demo is? I thought it was 2 maps, one enemy, and you only got to pick from 1 human per class, but on buying a veteran booster I unlocked the salarian infiltrator. Is it capped in any way apart from the limited level selection? It’s bloody brilliant.

Found out: there’s one alien per class you can unlock from boosters. Bioware have said that the full game will have roughly twice the unlocks, so that’ll mean more weapons too.

As much as it hurts, I’m going to buy this in a year or so’s time when a complete edition of the game, I refuse to buy a game that has been so blatantly fragmented into DLC.
