So, after yesterday’s somewhat downbeat reception to the first screens, here’s the first video of the Burnout game nobody really seems to want. This is clearly being controlled using Kinect, see the little “jump!” icons that appear and the on-screen warning to get back into the sensor’s range about halfway through.
It looks like it’s got some potential, at least. Is anyone looking forward to this?

That was my first impression.
The general public, not just gamers, will soon catch on quite quick to EA’s plundering of respected licenses. This looks nothing more than a tragedy against the Burnout name.

When I heard it was top-down I was disappointed, and the screens did nothing for me either. Seeing it in motion though – it’s clearly a really arcadey game, and it does seem pretty fun actually :D

Lame lame lame. The game may well turn out to be great fun, but it’s not Burnout. It’s just using the name for status and I for one and hugely disappointed. All I wanted was an updated version of this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sFbRm3rkhnE

This looks like nothing I want from a Burnout game. I was dissapointed by the screens but the video has made it even worse. Can’t say I’m interested in this title at all anymore.
