Following last week’s confirmation of a HD remastering effort on both Final Fantasy X and X-2, Square Enix have today issued a trailer which promises to highlight “iconic scenes” in an attempt to illustrate the difference between the PS2 and the PS3 versions of the game.
As shown at the end of the trailer, the two games will be bundled together on a single disk for the PS3, whilst the PlayStation Vita will play host to the same remasters available separately. The release date is simply down as “2013”.

Can’t wait. I was still pretty young when FFX and X-2 came out so I’d love to see how they play now.
I still have the official FFX strategy guide. That might come in handy.

Absolutely adored FFX. So many fond memories of it are etched vividly in my mind.
I’d be interested in Cross-Save and, probably less likely, Cross-Buy.
