“Just hangin. #naughtydog #becurious” tweeted former Hobbit, X-Man and Lost star Dominic Monaghan, along with a picture of himself at the Naughty Dog offices.
Not exactly news but you may recall an interview Dominic gave quite recently in which he mentioned Uncharted 4.
“I’ll always stay focused on the gaming world and see what’s coming up,” he said. ”The new Uncharted I’m really excited to see how that’s going to be and obviously both new gaming systems.”
Now it could be that Naughty Dog saw the tweet and invited Dominic over to see Uncharted 4, which means Uncharted 4 exists. It could be that Dominic was dropping a subtle hint that he is in the game, in which case Uncharted 4 is a thing, or it could be Uncharted 4 doesn’t exist and Dominic paid a visit to Naughty Dog to look at a blank screen.

My thoughts… UC1 & 2, excellent. UC3, not so much. UC4 on PS3, not that exciting. UC4 on PS4, very exciting.

Feels like this guy is just using Uncharted 4 to get people talking about him. I bet he was escorted off the premises shortly after that picture was taken… ‘Not you again! Out! Go on. This is the third time this week!’
I hope there is another uncharted but they should only do it if they have a great story to tell. The story really let UC3 down for me and it felt a bit too by the numbers. Like they created the set pieces first and built the story around them when it should have been story first, every thing else second. It was still a very good and technically impressive game. It just didn’t have the magic Uncharted 2 had.
