EU PlayStation Store Update 11/02/15: Evolve, Super Stardust Ultra And Unmechanical

Your regular PS Store Update host Teflon is jet setting around Europe looking at secret games today so it is left to me, the heroic Tuffcub, to bring you the latest digital releases on the European PlayStation store. If you are in the United States (or have a cheeky US account) you can check out their store update here.

The big AAA game of the week is Evolve which will set you back £54.99, but for me there is only one choice, Super Stardust Ultra which costs £9.99 but comes with a 20% discount for those with PlayStation Plus. Also landing on PS4 is Akiba’s Trip: Undead & Undressed, a beat em up in which you punch the clothing off ladies. Yes, really.

Unmechanial: Extended comes to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 with a 20% PS+ discount, and the older console also finds the digital release of, uhm, Star Wars: Episode III.

Over on PlayStation Vita it is a week for extremely convoluted and meaningless titles with Atelier Ayesha Plus ~The Alchemist of Dusk~, Fantasy Hero Unsigned Legacy and Hyperdimension Neptunia ReBirth2 all hitting the store.

Annoyingly – and I’m sure they’ve done this just because they know Tef is away and I’m in charge – the EU blog has not posted the links to the games on the webstore, so you will have to go search for them yourselves. Sorry about that, if they do update their post with links I shall include them here.

UPDATE: The 20% discount for Super Stardust Ultra is “coming” according to the PlayStation Blog, at present it is at full price so don’t click and buy just yet. They have not revealed a time scale for when the discount will arrive, which is annoying.

UPDATE 2: The store is still showing £9.99 but if you have PS+ and go through to the checkout the game will be discounted to £7.99 – huzzah!

UPDATE 3: Apparently it is all fixed now and the discount is showing up on the main store page.
