This Week’s Features
Moving on to the previews, Tef had a look at Dissidia Final Fantasy NT, and although he admitted he was a total novice when it comes to the series, he felt there was something special there. Sticking with the Final Fantasy theme, Dom spoke to Naoki Yoshida about FF XIV and how the MMO is coming along.
Although “it might not be earth shattering or genre-defining, it’s full of ambition and is shaping up to be an impressive debut” says Tef when describing Phantom 8’s first game, Past Cure. He also had a gander at Code Vein, Bandai Namco Entertainment’s take on their own version of Dark Souls.
Lastly, Jim checked in with Hachette’s Assassin’s Creed: The Official Collection’s latest figurines to let you know what he thinks, as What We Played included Doom VFR, Wolfenstein 2 & Destiny 2: Curse Of Osiris.
