Ubisoft has a released a short animated film, giving fans a better look into the world of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Directed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton) and illustrated by Pop Mhan it shows the Frye twins, Jacob and Evie, uncovering the horrific human sacrifice fuelling London’s industrial revolution.

In truth, there isn’t a lot here we haven’t seen already. When Jacob isn’t exchanging punches and referring to every as a “bloke” he and his more subtle sibling are hunting down those who would exploits their fellow man solely in the name of profit.
Still, it’s an interesting watch and one that has us desperately hoping Syndicate has a full-on train assassination mission.
