From record-breaking heat to weather warnings and huge thunderstorms, it’s been a topsy-turvy week for British weather! I’m certainly glad to see a return to more subdued temperatures though; the heat was starting to take its toll.

This Week’s Features
It was another muted week for the previews as the summer draught draws on, but Stefan looked at Dragon Quest XI S for Nintendo Switch, which builds upon previous Dragon Quest games and adds polish to this ‘fantastic RPG’. He also looked at Oninaki, an action-RPG that comes from the makers of I Am Setsuna and Lost Sphear.
Last up, Nick looked at Killsquad, a dungeon-crawler-come-MOBA that was not what he expected to be playing, while What We Played included Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 & Dandy Dungeon.

Your Achievements
There were some signs of life in the What We Played comments section:
- MrYd’s gaming spree included finishing Detroit: Become Human, Honor & Duty, as well as a dash of PS Now and EA Access games.
- Ron added Platinum #29 to his collection with Spider-Man, started Knack, and cried during Toy Story 4 with his family. D’awww!
- And since the last time he commented, Aerobes has played – deep breath – Horizon Chase Turbo, Mortal Koombat 11, Hitman Absolution HD, Ace Combat 7, Devil May Cry 5, The Division 2, Ni no Kuni II, World War Z and Spider-Man. He’s finished with all of those by now, and is currently playing Judgment and Team Sonic Racing.

TSBonyman
My days were changed a little while back and i can’t keep track of the days anymore so i keep missing the weekly WWP! xD
Anyway, i played some God Of War which is good so far but it feels very different – more like playing an Uncharted/TLoU game than a GOW game.
And in Dreams, i’ve continued my gravitational lightshow shenanigans, made some more muzaks and have conducted some successful experiments with a brand new idea for my next project.
