After the match between England and Argentina fizzled into nothing with and Argentinian red card, we’re now halfway through the crucial match between Japan and Samoa at the Rugby World Cup. Can the host nation continue their fantastic run of form and escape the group stages for the first time? It’s seeming quite likely, but Samoa are putting up a stern test and Scotland might have something to say in their next match.
But what about video games? It’s been another busy week with plenty for us to catch up on.

This Week’s Features
Despite the time of the year, we found time to get a few previews and other features published as well. Dom went hands on with the delightful Planet Zoo beta, while I came away from Star Renegades impressed by its looping narrative and strategic RPG gameplay.
I was able to put some questions to Popcap about the upcoming Plants vs. Zombies: Battle for Neighborville and how they’re trying to take things to the next level for their latest multiplayer shooter.
Rounding things out, Sayonara Wild Hearts was our Game of the Month for September, and What We Played featured Destiny 2: Shadowkeep, Ghost Recon Breakpoint and Borderlands 3.
