Much of the UK was battered by Storm Doris this week, but it looks like we managed to cling on and make it to the weekend! Today and tomorrow also sees the return of the Six Nations after a week off, and marks the fact there’s less than a week until the Nintendo Switch release!
Will you be eagerly awaiting a visit from the postman come Friday morning? Perhaps you’re eager enough to be queueing up on Thursday night?

This Week’s Features
Moving on the the previews now, it was also a busy week at TSA towers. Teflon got his hands on the Nintendo Switch, and brought us his first impressions after unboxing the console and setting it up. After getting the console setup, he couldn’t resist giving The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild a spin:
He then dived into the fantasy scandinavian world of Troll And I and spoke to some of the developers at Spiral House about the importance of the bond between the player and the characters.
Finishing up a busy week for Tef, he shared his thoughts on Mass Effect Andromeda, but not before speaking to Producer Fabrice Condominas about reinventing the game as a pure sci-fi dating sim!
Elsewhere, Jake had a look at how the Morrowind expansion for The Elder Scrolls Online will continue to improve the game, adding a new island to explore and a new class to play as.
“For Honor is easily one of the most uniquely fun multiplayer experiences to be had on current gen consoles” says Jim, yet sadly the playerbase is the game’s weakest point. Do you agree, or is this just a by-product of competitive multiplayer, as is the case with most games?
Lastly, What We Played featured Berserk, For Honor & Torment: Tides Of Numenera.

For the platinum hunters, Pixel_nme grabbed it for The Golf Club, in between his regular gaming sessions with Forrest, berzerka, toutski and R1MJAW. Meanwhile, Tuffcub endured Adam’s Venture: Origins, which he called ‘budget Uncharted’ and ‘so bad it’s good’ just to get an easy platinum.
Elsewhere, Crazy_Del is back off the naughty step and so celebrated with a bit of For Honor along with Tony Cawley, and grabbed all the collectables in Sniper Elite 4 alongside Youles. Tony meanwhile has also got into This War Of Mine: The Little Ones, and picked up Dragon Age: Inquisition in the EA sale.
Lego Batman 3 “sucked balls” according to tactical20, while he loved Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Andrewww played through Batman VR twice, which is ‘one of the better PSVR experiences’ as he describes it, but The Valley isn’t leaving him too impressed.
Lastly, Eldave0 has had a very busy week, finishing up a co-op playthrough on Insane difficulty for Gears of War Ultimate, completing his first playthrough of Resident Evil 7, and furthered his progress in The Division.

I too, have played The Valley and come away feeling unimpressed despite the generally positive attitude towards it.
Maybe I should give Adam’s Venture a go. :D

Regarding post on friday, nope but I did get a wonderful brown envelope that was just something to tell me that I would get £73 a week for JSA in 2018. Feck that! I believe I will be employed by the end of next month and I will make that happen! then It’s renting a flat or room(Looked at spare room.com, seems decent) and starting me life!
As for Doris, that stormy bleep can go bleep off! Got blown sideways on thursday. Good thing I was already going to boots otherwise, I would have had to go into it to make it seem I did so on purpose.
But yeah, the storm was strong. Also, Doris? Who names these? Why not call it Big Daddy? Or Ross Kemp? At least, you know what to expect.
