Something For The Weekend – 23/12/17

The day before the day before.

It’s been a busy week on TSA with the Game of the Year Awards. It’s been quite easy to miss something, so this should be a nice recap for you all. I must warn you, if this was an episode of Friends, it would be called ‘the one with all the bullet points’!

Your Achievements

The Life and Times of TSA’s Community continues this week with:

  • ron_mcphatty has been playing  Battlefront 2 and Unbox, the later of which pleased him since it was patched up to 720p.
  • MrYd flew through South Park, which he found “funnier than the last few series of the show”.
  • TonyCawley this week got stuck into Destiny 2 again, and a little bit of Fortnite and GT Sport.
  • tactical20 has been adding to his backlog, picking up FIFA 17, Modern Warfare Remastered & Lego Ninjago.
  • Dead Synchronicity was described by JR. as “what is possibly the most dreadful game ever made”.
  • Steelhead found a bit of time for  Super Mario 3D with his family.
  • And lastly gernboes grabbed his 74th and 75th plats with Pyre and Smite respectively. Congrats!

That’s all for this week, and for 2017 from me. I hope you have a great Christmas, and see you in the new year!

The tech programme Click (BBC News 24/iplayer) Clickmas episode had a piece on GTSport where they used a DS4 controller to drive a Nissan GTR around a track, just to see if it was anything like the game.
