With the weather being a bit a bleak, and fears of the coronavirus increasing, I don’t think you need many more excuses to hide away and get some gaming done this weekend. Since they’re free between now and March, I’m going to give the Half-Life games a go as I’ve never played them, but let me know what plans you have too!

Similar to the reviews, it was also a quiet week for the previews. Aran kicked things off with a look at The Otterman Empire, a local multiplayer shooter that looks like it will be a great party game thanks to its jetpacks and objective game modes.

Here’s what you’ve been up to recently:
- MrYd added 2 more platinum’s to his collection, as this week’s gaming saw his sessions include the Persona Dancing Collection, Middle-Earth: Shadow of War, Days Gone, and Sea of Solitude.
- Crazy_Del platinum’d Lego Batman 2 DC Super Heroes, expects to get the Shadow of the Tomb Raider plat this weekend, and can barely contain his excitement over the Resident Evil 3 Collector’s Edition.
- Andrewww is still working on his PS3 backlog, finishing Metro Last Light, which he seemed to enjoy, although was disappointed with the ending.
- ron_mcphatty made a return to gaming with the latest Star Wars title, which he thinks isn’t anything special, but a good game nevertheless.
- And lastly, TSBonyman continues with Shadow of the Tomb Raider, revisited Alienation, and also picked up DiRT 4 on sale.

For all those who love racing games rejoice Thrustmaster are releasing a set of pedals with a load cell brake pedal. The official reveal is around the end of February.
I decided to take the plunge about three months ago and it’s a so much better I will never go back to a potentiometer pedal.
