The official EU PlayStation site is reporting that in addition to the E3 presentation being shown in the Presentation Podium space within Home, new game spaces will be arriving on the same day. “Look out for some new developments regarding PlayStation Home itself, including new spaces for top PLAYSTATION 3 games.” That’s plural.
We know there’s a Buzz! space on its way, Uncharted, Guitar Hero and Ghostbusters. Whether or not we’ll get the SCEA ‘Warhawk’ space is questionable. There’s also StageSet, where you’ll be able to make your own movies with your Homies. So what’s actually coming? You take a guess, and we’ll find out tomorrow, most likely in the Sony E3 presentation.

Update: In just one day, members of the Eu Official PlayStation forum have created two pages of conversation over TheSixthAxis’ report on multiple new game spaces coming to PlayStation Home tomorrow. However, it seems that the news on the official PlayStation website is a little more confusing than once thought.
“Simply head to the Presentation Podium from the World Map on June 2, 2009 where a jumbo screen will bring the big event from California to you. Look out for some new developments regarding PlayStation Home itself, including new spaces for top PLAYSTATION 3 games.” Despite tomorrow’s date and the suggestion of new spaces being in adjacent sentences, making up one paragraph, it seems that these two sentences are supposed to be assumed as completely unrelated.
EU Official PlayStation Forum’s ‘TedTheDog’ stood forwards to make things clear on our post. “For clarity, there will be no new spaces released tomorrow”. This is quite disappointing, but he goes on. “…But there may be new spaces announced tomorrow.” Better. So there we go. PlayStation Home will NOT be getting any new games-related spaces tomorrow. But there “may” be announcements of upcoming spaces.
While TedTheDog was at it, he also said “the [E3 presentation in Home] will not be ready until gone midnight over here.” Nice. So expect to see Sony’s E3 2009 presentation on the 3rd June in the Presentation Podium space in Home. Not earlier.
