Something for the Weekend – 25/09/21

As we head into the final third of the Formula 1 season, things are really starting to heat up in the championship. Today’s qualifying is probably going to be about as mixed up as Spa was (though hopefully not quite as insanely wet), but Max is going to be starting from the back of the grid regardless. Even so, is anyone brave enough to count him out of a podium finish?

Meanwhile in the gaming world, the latest Nintendo Direct brought us loads to look forward to over the next year. So, with lots to get through, let’s get started with our gaming round-up!

Swiftly moving onto the other features, Tuffcub went back to Death Stranding for it’s “Director’s Cut” release on PS5. Is it worth a fiver? Yeah, probably.

Turning to the previews, Stefan ‘kicked’ things off with a look at eFootball. Formerly known as the Pro Evolution Soccer series, will Konami finally be able to take on the behemoth that is FIFA?

We then had a couple of Marvel articles, with Stefan exploring the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy game and Jim putting forward a few improvements that the Marvel’s Avengers game needs.

Last up, space shooter fans should check out sci-fi space shooter Chorus, which is full of fast-paced high-octane action.

Finally, What We Played featured The Artful Escape, Chorus, Sable & Death Stranding.
