This Week’s Features
Stefan was full of previews this week, starting with a look at Ghost Recon Breakpoint, which aims to build upon the success of Wildlands and also return the series to it’s futuristic warfare roots.
He then ventured into Luigi’s Mansion 3 which channels Ghostbusters-vibes, and returned for a look at the dungeon building in Link’s Awakening, which is tantalisingly close to release now.
Last up from the previews, he took on the pseudonym Danny Avocado and went hands on with the full career in GRID. It demonstrated the ‘Choreographer’, an AI system that aims to spice up the racing – think of it like Bernie’s sprinklers, but a bit more believable! Oh, and if you fancy taking a look at the game’s multiplayer in action? Well, he’s got a gameplay video for you!
From the other features, Jim pondered if Sony will release any cross-generation exclusives for the PS4 and 5 at launch, or if they will go back and ‘touch up’ a few of this generation’s highlights. Are their any particular games that you’d like to see get a graphical boost?
Last up, Playing with History delved into the history of zombies and Day’s Gone, while What We Played featured Monster Hunter, Creature in the Well & Borderlands 3.
